Beer filling equipment

The PXGF filling series for PET bottle beer production has a production capacity of 5000-36000 bottles per hour for users to choose from.

Equipment features:

1. Adopting a patented external long tube mechanical valve and fully replacing the air inside the PET bottle with CO2, effectively reducing the amount of oxygen added.

2. The lift type high-efficiency spray nozzle is adopted. It can not only thoroughly clean the PET beer bottle, but also save water consumption for bottle cleaning.

3. We use stainless steel bottle clamps to transport bottles throughout the process. The host adopts direct connection technology between the air duct and the bottle feeding wheel, and the bottle transmission adopts bottleneck technology. This allows for the replacement of bottle shapes without changing any parts while keeping the PET bottle diameter unchanged, saving adjustment time for converting different bottle shapes.

4. The liquid level and pressure of the filling cylinder are controlled by analog level probes and precision regulating valves, respectively.

5. Equipped with a high-pressure bubble stimulating device, it can minimize the amount of air trapped at the bottleneck.

6. The whole machine is equipped with a centralized lubrication system, which provides self lubrication for each lubrication point, making it particularly convenient to use and maintain.
