Easy to operate
1) Loading, bottle flushing, filling, liquid level self balancing, vacuuming, and plugging can all be precisely controlled.
2) This machine manually places the bottle directly on the chain; The bottles are directly transported by the conveyor belt to the turntable of the bottle washing machine.
3) The bottle will automatically flow under the fixture, and the gripper will block the bottle mouth. The bottle mouth will be rotated 180 degrees axially to position it at the 4) nozzle for flushing cycle. The next stage is the release of excess water droplets, followed by the third stage of nitrogen injection.
5) The EVO cylinder lifts the bottle and the filling valve efficiently, quickly, and safely fills the liquid.

7) After filling, the bottle can be sent to the capping wheel in a few seconds. As an optional option, the innovative KUV1 kit uses compressed air under vacuum conditions instead of using a vacuum pump, achieving high sealing performance.
8) After rinsing, filling, and plugging, the bottles flow out of the machine. CIAO+xp offers two options: one is to manually remove the bottles from the collection table, and the other is to horizontally transfer the bottles to the labeling machine through a chain. Both options are standard and depend on the customer's choice.

This machine functions on one device, including a central star wheel that moves bottles to different positions for washing and drying.
