Suitable for conveying media such as sediment, slurry, coal slurry, sand and gravel containing large solid particles This series of products absorbs advanced technology design and manufacturing from both domestic and foreign sources. In addition to the main impeller, a set of stirring impellers is added to the bottom of the water pump, which can spray the deposited sludge into turbulence. This enables the water pump to achieve high concentration transportation without auxiliary devices. The unique sealing device can effectively balance the pressure inside and outside the oil chamber, maximizing the reliability of the mechanical seal. The motor adopts various protection measures such as overheating protection and water inlet detection protection, which can operate safely for a long time under harsh working conditions.
Used for extracting sand, silt, coal slurry, fly ash, sludge, tailings slurry, mineral sand, iron ore, rivers, lakes, reservoirs, ports and other sand and silt removal projects for construction purposes. It can also be used for sand removal in sedimentation tanks of industrial and mining enterprises such as steel plants, power plants, iron mines, oil fields, and for sediment removal in sewage treatment plants.

Structural characteristics

1. The whole machine is a dry bottom pump type, and the motor adopts an oil chamber sealing method with a mechanical seal inside, which can effectively prevent high-pressure water and impurities from entering the motor cavity.
In addition to the main impeller, there is also a stirring impeller that can stir the sediment settled at the bottom of the water into turbulence and extract it.
3. The impeller and stirring impeller and other overcurrent components are made of high hardness high chromium cast steel, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has strong drainage ability, and can pass through larger solid particles.
4. The motor is submerged underwater without being limited by suction, with a high slag absorption rate and more thorough dredging.
5. The overall equipment is simplified, no auxiliary mixing or spraying devices are allowed, the operation is simple, and the total investment of the unit is reduced.
6. The stirring impeller is directly close to the sedimentation surface and the concentration is controlled by diving depth. In cases where the medium ratio is high, auxiliary devices can be installed to increase the medium concentration

Conditions of Use

1. The power supply is a 50Hz/380V/660V three-phase AC power supply, and the capacity of the distribution transformer is 2-3 times the rated capacity of the motor.
2. The temperature of the medium shall not exceed 60 ℃ and shall not contain flammable or explosive gases.
3. The maximum weight concentration of solid particles in the medium is 45% for ash residue, 60% for slag residue, and within 40% for slurry concentration.
4. Diving depth of the unit: not more than 60 meters, the minimum diving depth is based on submerging the motor.
5. The working position of the unit in the medium is vertical, and the working state is continuous.
