This model is mainly suitable for upper opening paper box packaging, and can achieve a series of fully automatic external packaging operation functions such as online oral liquid delivery and four axis mechanical arm feeding, automatic vacuum opening, automatic insertion and sealing of tongues, online camera detection, etc. The production process of drug packaging fully complies with the requirements of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice for Drugs).

5. High production efficiency, the whole machine can be used for oral liquid packaging, with a box loading speed of 25 boxes/minute, and only 2 people are needed to operate the entire line.

Excellent configuration, over 90% of the electrical components in the entire machine are imported brands, such as Siemens PLC, Schneider circuit breaker and touch screen, Omron key electrical components and relays, Siemens servo system, etc. Using imported products from abroad to ensure smooth operation and long service life of the machine.

7. The whole line adopts: foam tray feeder, oral liquid feeder, feeding conveyor belt, four axis manipulator feeding mechanism, and tray packing in one, with compact structure and simple operation.

8. PLC programmable control, touch screen human-machine interface.

Equipped with an excellent computer control system, it realizes product statistics, equipment operation status statistics, fault maintenance index, and detection, alarm, and emergency automatic shutdown of various packaging material supplements, ensuring the safe and accurate operation of the whole machine.

10. Automatic detection device for conveyor belt and four axis mechanical arm feeding, and automatic rejection.

11. The vacuum system adopts imported vacuum pumps, which operate stably and reliably.
