[Brief Equipment Description]
1. The machine adopts a slide type self gravity bottle feeding system, with no power consumption in the waiting state and extremely low energy consumption; The built-in proximity signal detection mechanism automatically adjusts the stacking speed according to the production volume to match the filling and bottle production line.
2. The bottle lifting system adopts the latest design of pneumatic opposite type bottle clamp, which does not damage the bottle mouth and shrink film, does not drop the bottle, consumes less air, and runs stably.
3. The lifting system adopts a linear bearing slider type soft connection structure, which has functions such as stable lifting speed and mechanical protection against unexpected faults, effectively ensuring the self-protection function of the machine in special faults.
4. The machine can stack 1-3 layers, and the stacking layers can be adjusted on the touch screen to meet different customer needs

The lifting and translation positions of the machine are detected and positioned using CNC technology, and the bottle lifting and placing positions are quite accurate, avoiding the high failure rate caused by excessive use of positioning switches. The bucket adopts a servo system, and the bucket runs at high, low, and medium speeds during the lifting and translation process (low-speed bottle clamping - medium high speed operation - low-speed bottle placement), making the entire operation process coordinated and smooth.
6. The machine adopts imported Mitsubishi PLC microcomputer control and Weilun human-machine interface operation. The operating parameters and action process can be freely adjusted on the touch screen, and it has functions such as fault shutdown, alarm, and display.
7. The lifting and lowering positions of the machine are equipped with photoelectric detection protection switches. When the machine is running, if any abnormal phenomenon is detected in the detection part, it will stop immediately and give an alarm, which maximally protects the safety of production personnel and equipment.
