One Buffer device malfunction

1. Excessive buffering effect.

reason:

(1) The throttle opening of the buffer regulating valve is too small.

(2) Buffer plunger "don't force" (such as the gap between the plunger head and the buffer ring being too small, the piston tilting or eccentric).

(3) There is dirt between the plunger head and the buffer ring.

(4) The gap between the fixed buffer device plunger head and the liner is too small.

terms of settlement:

(1) Adjust the throttle to the appropriate position and tighten it.

(2) Disassemble and clean to increase the gap appropriately. Unqualified parts should be replaced.

(3) Remove burrs and clean thoroughly.

(4) Appropriately increase the gap.

2. Failure of buffering function.

reason:

(1) The buffer regulating valve is fully open.

(2) The inertia energy is too high.

(3) The buffer regulating valve cannot be adjusted.

(4) The one-way valve is fully open or the one-way valve seat is not tightly sealed.

(5) The seal on the piston is damaged. When the pressure in the buffer chamber increases, the working fluid flows back from this chamber to the working pressure side, so the piston does not decelerate.

(6) There are scars on the inner surface of the plunger head or liner.

(7) The buffer ring embedded on the cylinder head has fallen off.

(8) The length and angle of the buffer plunger cone are not suitable.

terms of settlement:

(1) Adjust to the appropriate position and tighten.

(2) Suitable buffering mechanisms should be designed.

(3) Repair or replace.

(4) Check the size, replace the cone valve core or steel ball, replace the spring, and conduct research and repair.

(5) Replace the seal.

(6) Repair or replace.

(7) Replace the buffer ring with a new one.

(8) Correction.

3. The buffer travel segment experiences "crawling".

reason:

(1) Poor processing, such as the perpendicularity of the cylinder head and piston end face not meeting the requirements, uneven clearance between the piston and cylinder barrel along the entire length, and non concentricity between the cylinder head and cylinder barrel. The deviation between the inner diameter of the cylinder and the centerline of the cylinder head is large, and the perpendicularity between the piston and the end face of the nut does not meet the requirements, resulting in the deflection of the piston rod.

(2) Poor assembly, such as eccentric or tilted holes in the matching holes between the buffer plunger and buffer ring.
