1、 Purpose:

This series of equipment is used for the production of various non carbonated beverages such as fruit juice, fruit wine, mineral water, and purified water in polyester bottles, achieving bottle flushing, filling, and sealing on one machine. Its features include: ① adopting a bottleneck suspension working state design, which makes the operation of the entire line more reliable, overcomes the factors of machine malfunction caused by thin bottle walls and height errors, and greatly reduces the number of changed parts, making it more convenient and efficient to replace bottle types. ② Spring type flushing pliers, the empty bottle automatically flips 180 degrees along with the track, with two internal and external flushing processes, resulting in high bottle flushing efficiency. ③ Using a magnetic torque type cap head to achieve the functions of grabbing and twisting the cap. ④ The whole machine adopts PLC computer program control and human-machine interface touch screen buttons, with automatic control of the liquid level in the material cylinder, no filling without bottles, no capping without bottles, and has functions such as bottle shifting star wheel stuck bottle displacement shutdown, lid slot missing lid shutdown, etc. ⑤ Adopting a frequency converter for stepless speed regulation and digital display of production capacity, adjustment is extremely convenient.
