This series of machine tools consists of a bed body, left and right main axle boxes, left and right specialized fixtures, sliding saddles, tool holders (equipped with 12 position rotatable circular cutters), CNC systems, electrical systems, cooling and chip removal systems, lubrication systems, and protective systems. Adopting a horizontal bed and base structure, high-strength cast iron casting, high rigidity, wide rectangular quenched and hardened guide rail. The saddle and sliding plate are made of high-strength cast iron, and the guide rail pair is made of plastic coated material, with low dynamic and static friction. The main shaft adopts a combination of German FAG large-diameter precision angular contact bi-directional thrust ball bearings and double row cylindrical roller bearings, which have good rigidity. X. The Z-axis ball screw adopts a pre tensioned nut structure, and the supporting bearing adopts Japanese NSK angular contact special bearings, greatly improving the rigidity and heat resistance of the screw, and greatly improving the feed accuracy.
