The CNC glass engraving machine is a new generation of glass deep processing equipment developed by our company. It adopts a computer-aided design system and is jointly designed by digital advanced engineering and technical personnel. The machine adopts high-quality ball screws and slides from Germany, Mitsubishi servo motors from Japan, and multi axis control cards from the United States as the control system. The product is widely used in glass and mirror grooving and polishing. The entire process from pattern design to product processing is controlled by a computer, and a tool magazine and tool changing system can be configured according to requirements.
This engraving machine has the following advantages:
1. Fast processing speed, the maximum idle speed of the X-axis can reach 60m/min, which is the same as similar products in Europe, improving the processing speed of the equipment.
2. The internationally unique graphic simulation function makes it easy for users to see the pattern at a glance, greatly reducing the error rate during processing.
3. The utilization rate of the ultra long grinding wheel, the tool grinding wheel can be used from diameter 170 to diameter 110, which is nearly twice that of other similar products in China, greatly reducing production costs for customers.
4. Using a Chinese English interface, friendly human-machine communication, easy to learn and understand.
5. Added pressure boosting and reducing function, resulting in better polishing effect during polishing and improved product qualification rate.
