The carbon dioxide mixer is a machine developed by our company based on the technology of Mitsubishi Corporation and KHS Corporation in Japan. This machine has the characteristics of precise mixing, reasonable structure, convenient and easy adjustment, and conforms to hygiene. All parts in contact with beverages are made of high-quality polished stainless and acid resistant steel, which meets food hygiene requirements. The pipeline adopts a closed system, which can meet the requirements of cleaning and disinfection, and avoid secondary pollution of materials during transportation.
This model is suitable for producing various carbonated beverages and CO2 containing fruit flavored carbonated beverages, and can easily adjust production capacity and the mixing ratio of water and syrup.
Purpose:
It is mainly used for the mixing and processing of various carbonated beverages, as well as for the mixing and processing of pulp and fermented beverages. After vacuum deoxygenation, sterile water is synthesized with CO2, sugar, and other substances in the GOB system according to the user's desired ratio.
