◆ Product Features

The optical isolation platform of the spectral instrument consists of a steel honeycomb core, top plate, and bottom plate, providing sufficient hardness while reducing weight. The top plate of the optical isolation platform is made of high magnetic conductivity stainless steel material, the bottom plate is made of carbon steel plate, and the inner layer of the surrounding side plates is made of carbon steel plate and the outer layer is made of black aluminum-plastic panel

☆ Honeycomb Core: The optical isolation platform core of Chuangpu Instrument is made of 0.3mm thick steel plate, which has been electroplated to prevent corrosion. The area of each ultra enclosed honeycomb is 3.2cm2, and the core density is 3 × 10-4 kg/cm3

Adhesive: Due to the long-term use of optical isolation platforms, the adhesive effect is crucial. The honeycomb core, surface panel, and side walls of the Chuangpu optical isolation platform are permanently and firmly bonded with special high-strength adhesives, without elasticity, sliding, or aging phenomena

☆ Installation holes: The holes on the optical isolation platform of the spectrum analyzer are vertical threaded holes (metric M6 holes, hole spacing 25mm, imperial 1/4-20 holes, hole spacing 1 ´), and the ports are countersunk holes to remove burrs. We can customize products with hole spacing of 50mm, 100mm, and larger through holes according to customer requirements. The installation hole of the optical isolation platform is located directly above the honeycomb chamber, ensuring that the screws can be inserted to a sufficient depth. The platform installation holes are sealed, and any spilled liquids, solvents, or harmful chemicals can be easily removed. Additionally, small objects that fall into the holes can also be easily retrieved
