Characteristics and Applications
The GF series plastic pipe production line is mainly used for the production of agricultural water supply and drainage, building water supply and drainage, cable laying, and various diameter and wall thickness plastic PVC pipes. The unit consists of a conical (parallel) twin-screw extruder, a vacuum shaping table, a traction machine, a cutting machine, a flipping rack, etc. The screw extruder and traction machine adopt imported AC variable frequency speed regulation devices, and the vacuum pump and traction motor are all high-quality products. There are two claw, three claw, four claw, six claw, eight claw and other traction methods for tractors. Saw blade cutting or planetary cutting can be used, and it is equipped with a length gauge and thickening device. The unit has reliable performance and high production efficiency. Our company can produce inner wall spiral pipes, inner wall hollow pipes, and core foam pipes according to user requirements by equipping specialized equipment and replacing extruders. We can also produce pipes made of PP, PE, ABS, PPR, PEX, silicon core pipes, and other materials. The planetary cutting machine adopts fully automatic computer numerical control, which has the advantages of easy operation and reliable performance, reaching the international leading level.
