summary:The QP (CQP) series pneumatic caliper disc brake is mainly used for braking and deceleration of various mechanisms in machinery such as lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, ports, and construction.

Usage conditions:Environmental temperature: -5 ℃ -40 ℃ Working pressure: QP series is 5-7 bar; The CQP series is ≤ 7 bar. Outdoor rain and snow erosion or corrosive gases and media should use anti-corrosion products. The air source should be free of oil, water, and other impurities.

Key Features:The QP series features spring braking and pneumatic release; The CQP series is a pneumatic brake with spring release. The overall structure is simple, the volume is small, and the weight is light. Non asbestos brake pads, environmentally friendly. The installation of brake pads adopts a compression spring clamping type, which is easy and fast to replace. The brake pad is easy to adjust after being worn. Each disc diameter of the QP series brake can be adjusted for four levels of braking torque. All power sources do not need to be separately set up and can be connected to existing air compression stations for use. A speed regulating valve is installed in the gas supply line, and the braking time can be infinitely adjusted.

For example: 1. Choose QP12.7 type, A-type airbag, with 6 springs, and install the airbag on the left side, with the order mark QP12.7-A-6 left;
2. Select QPL12.7A and B-type airbags with mechanical release display, installed on the right side of the airbag, with the order mark QPL12.7A-B-E1 on the right.
