1、 Purpose:

This series of equipment integrates washing, filling, and sealing, and is suitable for hot filling production of various fruit juice drinks and tea drinks. At the same time, by replacing a small number of components, it can be used for filling pure water and mineral water. Its features include: ① adopting a bottleneck suspension working state design, and using a filling valve to lift and lower, so that the bottle can run smoothly and reliably at high speed, while replacing very few parts, which can conveniently, quickly, and easily meet the production needs of different bottle types. ② Adopting a new generation of stainless steel spring type flushing clamp, the clamp does not touch the part above the thread of the bottle mouth. The nozzle uses multiple micro holes to flush the bottom of the bottle, ensuring sufficient flushing of the inner wall of the bottle without dead corners, with two internal and external flushing processes, resulting in high cleanliness during bottle flushing. ③ Adopting advanced micro negative pressure gravity filling principle, the filling is fast, stable, and accurate. It is equipped with a complete material reflux system, which can also achieve independent gas return during reflux without contact with the material, reducing secondary pollution and oxidation of the material. ④ Can meet the requirements of hot filling technology below 95 ℃, with no sanitary dead corners in the filling valve and material inlet and outlet pipelines, and equipped with CIP self-cleaning interface. Before sealing, there is a RO water flushing device for the bottle mouth to ensure that there is no mold on the bottle mouth. ⑤ Using a magnetic torque type cap head to achieve the functions of grabbing and twisting the cap.
