Product Introduction

The CS series spring cone crusher is suitable for crushing ores and rocks with medium or higher hardness, and has the characteristics of reliable structure, high production efficiency, easy adjustment, and economical use. Its spring safety system provides overload protection, allowing superhard foreign objects (such as iron blocks) to pass through the crushing chamber without damaging the machine. Two sealing forms, dry oil or water, are used to isolate the stone powder from the lubricating oil, ensuring reliable operation of the machine. The crushing chamber type is determined by the particle size of the finished material. The standard type is used for medium crushing operations, while the medium and short head types are used for fine crushing operations.

Highlight advantages
1. High crushing ratio and high work efficiency;
2. A complete lubrication device ensures the reliable performance of the machine;
3. High quality wear-resistant parts can effectively reduce usage costs;
4. Long service life and wide application range.
Working principle
When the crusher is working, the electric motor drives the eccentric shaft sleeve to rotate through the elastic coupling, transmission shaft, and a pair of bevel gears. The crushing cone rotates and swings under the drive of the eccentric sleeve, causing the crushing wall and the rolling mill wall to sometimes approach and sometimes move away. The ore is constantly squeezed and impacted in the crushing chamber, and is crushed.
