The existing LED strips coated with fluorescent adhesive have a rectangular coating shape or are not coated with fluorescent adhesive, resulting in insufficient LED emission angle and direction, blue light leakage, and poor applicability.
In response to the shortcomings of existing technology, the production process of CSP flexible LED strip aims to create a CSP packaged LED strip with a wide light emission angle and direction, no blue light leakage, and a simple structure.
Provided is an LED strip based on CSP packaging, comprising a sealed soft gel and an LED light source strip, wherein the sealed soft gel wraps around the LED light source strip; The LED light source strip includes a flexible FPC circuit board, CSP, and coating layer; The flexible FPC circuit board is strip-shaped, and the first surface of the flexible FPC circuit board is provided with multiple positive and negative electrode solder joints arranged along the length direction of the flexible FPC circuit board.
