The Camay KM-MSJ (programmable) mold test chamber is mainly used to cultivate organisms and plants. Corresponding temperature and humidity are set in a closed space to allow mold to grow in about 4-6 hours. It is used to artificially accelerate the growth of mold and assess the anti mold ability and mold degree of electrical and electronic products. 1、 Purpose of mold testing chamber

  • The main purpose is to cultivate organisms and plants, and set corresponding temperature and humidity in a closed space to allow mold to grow in about 4-6 hours. 5、 Mold testing chamberStructural characteristics and configuration

  • The test box body is in the form of an integral structure, with the refrigeration system located at the lower or rear of the body (to be determined by the customer), and the control system located on the right side of the test box.

  • Inside the air duct interlayer at one end of the studio, there are devices such as heaters, refrigeration evaporators, dehumidification evaporators, and fan blades distributed;

  • On the left side of the test box, there is a cable hole with a diameter of 25/50mm. The test box has a single door (embedded door handle) and is sealed with double-layer anti-aging silicone rubber.

  • The box door is equipped with an observation window, anti frost (anti fog) device, and switchable lighting.

  • The inner wall of the studio is made of SUS304 stainless steel mirror panels, which are easy to clean.

  • The shell is processed and formed from high-quality cold-rolled plates, with surface phosphating cleaning and electrostatic powder coating treatment.

  • The insulation layer adopts hard polyurethane foam and ultra-fine insulation cotton
