① Regularly check the sealing of the card sleeve joint through the drain nozzle. If there is internal leakage, follow the internal leakage treatment procedure for handling;

② Inject a certain amount of fresh lubricating grease into the sleeve joint seat in a timely manner, and the amount and frequency of injection depend on the frequency of the sleeve joint movement. Generally, after the sleeve joint is moved once, an appropriate amount of lubricating grease should be injected, with each injection being about 1/8 of the sealing system volume. The purpose of doing so is to prevent impurities in the pipeline from entering the rear chamber of the sleeve joint seat, affecting the movement of the sleeve joint seat and causing sealing failure, while ensuring that the sealing surface is always in a "wet" state;

③ For card sleeve joints that rarely move, move them once a year and inject an appropriate amount of lubricating grease. This can prevent the ball from sticking to the card sleeve joint seat, as well as prevent dry grinding of the ball during movement, protecting the card sleeve joint seat and ball;

④ Before entering winter, conduct comprehensive maintenance and upkeep of the card sleeve joint, with a focus on draining the water inside the card sleeve joint cavity and the actuator to avoid freezing in winter and affecting normal function;

⑤ Replace the lubricating grease in the gear transmission mechanism once a year;

⑥ Regularly check the sealing of the card sleeve joint, and promptly deal with any leakage that occurs;

⑦ Remove rust and perform external maintenance.
