Case study of GSP automated warehouse project in the pharmaceutical industry

A brief introduction to the case of Yufeng Intelligent Pharmaceutical Industry GSP Automated Storage Project:
This project is located in a pharmaceutical limited liability company in Hubei Province, which plans to build a GSP warehouse automated three-dimensional warehouse to achieve automatic storage, storage, automated outbound and information management of packaging codes, thereby reducing storage costs and ensuring safe operation.
The project includes four functional areas: packaging area, robot code stamping area, automatic warehouse area, and front warehouse area. The overall design of the three-dimensional warehouse should consider small space occupation, compactness, economy, and meet the needs of customers visiting automated demonstrations.

The owner of this project adopts a "turnkey" project within the supply scope of Party B.

Operating environment: -10~45 ℃, relative humidity 20% -85% (no condensation water)
Assignment method: The operators are planned to work in two shifts, with each shift lasting 10 hours; Finished product storage takes 20 hours, finished product outbound takes 16 hours
Daily warehouse flow: 3 to 6 pieces of workshop products per minute are transported through a box conveyor line, and robots automatically code and stamp them into the warehouse. The speed of inbound and outbound is ≥ 20 discs/hour.

Weight of goods: 800kg. The maximum weight per box is 19kg
