Product Introduction
The 30KW melt blown cloth dry burning heater for the sheath is an energy-saving device that heats materials in advance. It is installed before the material equipment to directly heat the materials and circulate them at high temperatures, ultimately achieving the goal of energy conservation. It is widely used in the preheating of fuel oils such as heavy oil, asphalt, and clean oil.

The 30KW melt blown cloth dry burning heater for the sheath consists of two parts: the main body and the control system. The heating element adopts stainless steel pipe as the protective sleeve, high-temperature resistance alloy wire, crystalline magnesium oxide powder, and is formed by compression process. The control part adopts advanced digital circuits, integrated circuit triggers, high back pressure thyristors, and other components to form an adjustable temperature measurement and constant temperature system, ensuring the normal operation of the electric heater.
One method is to use the flange type tubular electric heating element inside the pipeline heater to be inserted backwards into the reaction kettle jacket of the pipeline heater to heat the thermal oil, and transfer the thermal energy in the pipeline heater to the chemical raw materials in the reaction kettle inside the pipeline heater. Another way is to directly insert tubular electric heating elements into the reaction kettle of the pipeline heater or evenly distribute electric heating tubes around the wall of the pipeline heater. This mode is called the internal heating type of pipeline heater. The internal heating type of pipeline heater has fast heating and high efficiency.
1. It can heat the medium to a very high temperature, up to 850 ℃, while the shell temperature is only around 50 ℃;
2. High efficiency: up to 0.9 or above;
3. The heating and cooling rates are fast, up to 10 ℃/S, and the adjustment process is fast and stable. There will be no phenomenon of temperature leading or lagging of the controlled medium, resulting in unstable control temperature drift, suitable for automatic control;
4. Good mechanical performance: Because its heating element is made of specially made alloy material, it has good mechanical performance and strength under the impact of high-pressure air flow, which is more advantageous for systems and accessory tests that require long-term continuous heating of the air;
5. When not in violation of the usage process, the lifespan can last for several decades;
