Chain plate production lines are widely used in industrial production mainly because they have the following characteristics:
1. The conveying efficiency is high, and the material flows as a whole in the groove of the chain conveyor. Therefore, the smaller groove space can transport a large amount of material, and the external dimensions of the equipment are correspondingly smaller.
2. Low energy consumption, this machine uses the internal friction of materials for conveying, and the conveyor chain and the casing move without friction. Under the same conveying capacity and longer conveying distance, the power consumption of this machine is about 40% lower than that of a screw conveyor.
3. Low failure rate, the rollers on the conveyor chain roll on the guide rail, and there is no friction between the conveyor chain and the casing. The chain is made of alloy steel through heat treatment processing, with a normal service life of about 3 years and a low failure rate during operation. There are no lubrication points in the conveyor except for the head and tail bearings.
Operating instructions:
(1) Precautions before debugging:
1. All connecting bolts should be tightened.
2. There should be no debris left inside the equipment.
3. Add lubricating oil to the oil nozzles of each moving part, and add lubricating oil to the reducer according to the instructions.
4. Electrical wiring should be thoroughly inspected.
(2) Precautions during debugging:
1. After a comprehensive inspection and confirmation of the equipment's various systems, the equipment will first undergo no-load debugging. After all faults are eliminated, a 10-20 hour no-load running in test will be conducted, followed by a load test vehicle.
2. Are the teeth of the driving sprocket, tail wheel, and traction chain working in a normal meshing state. If there is a significant difference, the bearing seat bolts of the active and passive sprockets can be tightened to slightly adjust the centerline position of the active and passive sprockets.
3. Adjust the tensioning device to ensure that the initial tension of the two traction chains is balanced and moderate. If the initial tension is too high, it will increase power consumption; If it is too small, it will affect the normal meshing of the sprocket and traction chain, and increase the instability during operation.
4. Check all walking rollers for flexible rotation. If there is any jamming or sliding phenomenon, it should be replaced or the fault should be eliminated immediately.
5. During operation, if any moving components get stuck or experience forced mechanical friction, they should be immediately eliminated.
(3) Precautions for normal operation after debugging:
1. During operation, efforts should be made to evenly feed the material, and the maximum block size of the feed should be controlled within the specified range.
2. It is not advisable to park and start when fully loaded, and reverse driving is not allowed.
3. Regular inspections should be conducted on the bolt connections of the groove bottom plate and chain plate. If any looseness is found, it should be dealt with promptly.
4. The tension of the traction chain should be suitable for the degree, and it should be checked frequently during operation. If necessary, the adjusting screw of the tensioning device should be adjusted.
5. The reducer needs to be replaced with new lubricating oil after 7-14 days of operation, and can be replaced every 3-6 months depending on the situation.
6. Lubricant should be injected into each lubrication point in a timely manner.
