1: Chicken neck raw material thawing pool

Pour the frozen chicken necks into a thawing pool filled with water, and use high-pressure bubbles to quickly stir the water. The chicken necks collide and rub against each other in the thawing pool to achieve rapid thawing. The thawed chicken neck is uploaded onto the conveyor belt and enters the feeding elevator compartment.

2: Automatic material feeding machine

The chicken neck conveyor chain plate is automatically fed without manual arrangement, with uniform feeding and stable speed.

3: Chicken Neck Peeling Machine

The neck skin is removed by roller squeezing, and the peeling thickness can be adjusted freely. The complete peeling rate is 99%, and the peeled neck skin is intact and shiny. It can peel more than 2T per hour.

4: Neck and leather discharge hoist

After peeling the chicken neck, the neck and skin are separately discharged by two elevators and sorted before being directly packaged and stored in the warehouse.
