Adopting a two-piece valve body combination, the valve seat is integrated with the valve body lining. When the valve is in operation, only the full plastic valve seat and the lined plastic butterfly plate come into contact with the medium. It is suitable for use in various industrial pipelines with sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, various organic acids, strong acids, strong oxidants, and other corrosive gas and liquid media at concentrations ranging from -50 ℃ to 150 ℃.

Electric fluorine lined plastic butterfly valves are widely used in anti-corrosion pipeline systems. Mainly used to achieve the opening, closing, and adjustment of valves. Fully lined with polytetrafluoroethylene (F4), polytetrafluoroethylene (F3), and polypropylene (F46) gas plastic lined valves, it has the advantages of corrosion resistance, no leakage, and long service life. Suitable for concentrated sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, fluoric acid, aqua regia, various organic acids, strong acids, oxidizing media or high-temperature sulfuric acid, high-temperature concentrated acetic acid, acid-base alternation, various organic solvents and other strongly corrosive media.

1. The fluorine lined butterfly valve adopts a precision processed gas lined butterfly plate, and the fluorine plastic is tightly combined with the metal substrate without gaps, effectively eliminating interlayer bubbles and eliminating process defects such as delamination and cracking.
2. The radial seal of the lining butterfly valve seat is equipped with a 360 "elastic force pad, which applies radial restoring force, automatically adjusts deformation, and reliably ensures no medium leakage under long-term use.
3. The upper and lower shaft shoulders of the lining butterfly valve disc are equipped with multi-stage loading elastic seals to achieve automatic sealing compensation, ensuring that the sealing surfaces of the upper and lower shafts form a seamless structure and guaranteeing no leakage of the medium.
