It is designed to conform to aerodynamic principles and can maintain normal and undisturbed operation under airflow between 0.2m/s and 1.0m/s. During detection, an airflow velocity sensor with real-time display of airflow velocity can be included as one of the options.

If the airflow velocity sensor is not installed, use a flow meter installed on the main fan motor according to the standard to measure. Each model of temperature sensitive smoke box includes a 6kw single-phase heater, which can quickly increase the heating rate to 10-30 degrees per minute. They can be detected as Class C in EN54-5.

Insulation layer

There is an insulation layer in the middle of the temperature sensing box, which can keep the temperature warm and measure it when the temperature rises or falls, in order to achieve the best effect in rapid heat spread testing.

Cooling system

Archival records

During detection, when all detectors enter the alarm state, the temperature chamber will be automatically cleaned and cooled, and the results will be displayed and recorded in the document.
