:The split furnace coal metering device is a device used in thermal power plants to measure coal split furnaces. It mainly uses an industrial computer as the core to automate the management of incoming coal.
【 Application Scenarios 】
The split coal metering device is applied in thermal power plants to accurately measure and split the coal entering the furnace.
[Characteristics and advantages]
1. Automated coal feeding without the need for manual operation
2. Using high-quality belt scales, the weighing results are accurate and stable
3. The device can be customized, with a wider range of applications
4. Data can be printed and transferred to external storage
5. The device material can be selected from high-quality carbon steel or stainless steel, with a long service life
【 Working Principle 】
When the coal metering device is working, the timer is first started, and then the belt transportation is started. As the device is designed for the separate measurement of coal entering the furnace, the belt and coal plow are the key to determining the separate furnace. Determine whether the A belt is activated; If the A belt starts, check if the coal plow has fallen down; If the coal plow falls normally, the proximity switch at the coal plow will transmit a signal to the computer, which will determine and identify the coal bin where the coal is being fed, and then the coal metering device for the separate furnace will measure the coal quantity and store the data; If the coal plow does not fall properly, the alarm device will activate and the system will sound an alarm. If belt A has not started, determine whether belt B has started, and then proceed with the above process.
The coal metering device for separate furnaces generally consists of electronic belt scales, batching bins, coal plows, industrial computers, level switches, proximity switches, printers, and other components.
