The ZB series explosion-proof multi turn valve electric device is mainly suitable for use with valves that perform linear motion of opening and closing components, such as gate valves, globe valves, diaphragm valves, gates, water gate valves, etc. It is used to open, close, and adjust valves (equipped with a valve explosion-proof control box), and is a driving device for valves to achieve remote control, centralized control, and self-control. It has the characteristics of comprehensive functionality, reliable performance, control system, small size, light weight, and easy use and maintenance.

The performance of this product complies with the provisions of GB3836.1-2010 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 1: General Requirements", GB3836.2-2010 (Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 2: Explosion proof Type "d '"), GB3836.3-2010 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 3: Increased Safety Type" e' (idt I EC 60079-7:1990) "and GB/T24922-2010" Technical Conditions for Explosion proof Valve Electric Devices ". This product has been verified by the National Electrical Product Quality Supervision Inspection and Testing Center and has obtained a full series of certificates of conformity. It can be widely used in most explosive gas environments.

Working principle and type

The ZB series electric device adopts an explosion-proof shell to separate the circuit parts that may generate sparks and arcs from the explosive gas mixture outside the shell, thereby achieving the purpose of explosion-proof. The parameters of the explosion-proof joint surface comply with the provisions of GB3836.2-2010, and the introduced device complies with the provisions of GB3836.1-2010.

The types are divided into mining explosion-proof type and ordinary explosion-proof type, marked as "ExdlMb" and "Exd II BT4 Gb" respectively.

The introduced device types are compression nut and pressure plate.

1. The installation form of this electric actuator has no principle requirements, but the installation form is when the motor is in a horizontal state and the electrical box cover is in a horizontal or vertical upward state, which is conducive to lubrication, debugging, maintenance, and manual operation;

2. During installation, the space required for maintenance and inspection personnel to disassemble each component should be ensured;

3. The axial clearance between the installation and valve connection teeth should not be less than 1-2mm;

4. When used for open stem valves, the extension of the valve stem should be checked to ensure that it matches the length of the valve stem sheath;

5. During installation, disassembly, and debugging, the sealing surface, sealing components, and surfaces of the electric actuator should not be damaged, and anti rust oil should be applied to the explosion-proof surface;

6. When disassembly is required, the manual handwheel should be rotated several times before proceeding with the valve slightly open;

7. Before installation, check whether the markings on the nameplate are consistent with the installation environment;

8. The grounding screw on the junction box must be reliably grounded with a grounding wire;

9. The strength of the connecting screws between the electric device and the valve should be grade 8.8;

10. When lifting electric devices, a reasonable lifting position should be selected to avoid falling, bumping, and other phenomena;

11. Open the junction box, use a wrench to unscrew the clamping nut of the introduction device, firmly connect the wire to the terminal block in the junction box, confirm that there is no error, then cover the junction box with the upper cover and tighten the fastening screw. The terminal connection should be secure, and the wire should be clamped with an elbow according to the method shown in Figure 10. The junction box has four inlet devices, one for motor power and three for control. The power line used must have a ground wire and be connected to the grounding terminal on the junction panel. Refer to Table 5 for the introduction of diameter specifications. After connecting the wire, a tight sealing ring should be installed, and the Shore hardness of the sealing ring should be 45-55 degrees. Damaged or aged sealing rings should be replaced in a timely manner.
