1、 System Description

Heat meterThe remote meter reading system replaces traditional manual meter reading methods with fully automatic meter reading methods. Compared with similar meter reading systems, it has the characteristics of adaptive network structure, simple debugging, stable operation, and convenient expansion.

2、 Main functions

Real time meter reading function, user profile management, data statistical analysis, report query and printing, operation permission management, payment settlement management, data anomaly analysis, data backup and recovery, and terminal user on/off control, etc.

3、 System composition

The remote meter reading system for heat meters includes M-BUS/RS485 remote heat transfer meters, M-BUS collectors, concentrators, GPRS data transmission modules, and remote meter reading control management system software.

The M-BUS/RS485 remote heat meter is used to measure, bill, and store users' heat and cold usage, and also has data remote transmission function, transmitting data through the M-BUS/RS485 bus.

M-BUS collector (one installed per unit or building) and concentrator (one installed per community) are data collection and monitoring devices installed in the community, which can collect real-time data information of various heat meters and summarize the data information to the concentrator

The GPRS data transmission module is a compact data communication device that transmits data through a mobile GPRS VPN private network, enabling remote data transmission between the management center and the community concentrator.
