The salt spray corrosion test box for the battery pack is mainly used to detect the battery pack system. The battery pack system is placed in a salt spray box with explosion-proof function. The salt water spray test is carried out at a certain temperature for a certain period of time, and then it is stored at a certain temperature and humidity for a certain period of time. This cycle is repeated three times, and then it is stored for three days under the test standard atmospheric conditions (temperature is (23 ± 2) ℃, relative humidity is 45%~55%) to form a cycle. Repeat 4 cycles of testing to check if there are any leaks, shell ruptures, fires, or explosions in the battery pack/system.

Safety protection device for salt spray corrosion test chamber of battery pack
1. When the water level is low, the power is automatically cut off, and the safety warning light device dynamically displays/beeps an alarm.
2. When the temperature exceeds the limit, the heater power supply will be automatically cut off, and the safety warning light device will dynamically display.
3. When the water level of the test drug (saline) is low, the safety warning light device dynamically displays.
