4Vacuum drying test chamberStructural characteristics and configuration

  • The box has a vertical shape, with a control panel on the upper part and a working room in the middle. The lower part is equipped with a vacuum pump and connecting pipes, and the bottom is equipped with four support feet or four wheels (two directional wheels and two universal wheels), making it easy to move;

  • The inner liner of the box is made of universal SUS304 stainless steel plate, with a square shape,

  • The shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate that has been acid washed, phosphated, and electrostatically sprayed with plastic. The intermediate insulation layer is filled with ultra-fine glass wool;

  • The box door adopts a double-layer full glass door, with thickened tempered glass on the inner layer and explosion-proof glass on the outer layer. The door frame is equipped with springs that can adjust the tightness of the box door closure. A high-temperature resistant silicone rubber sealing ring is molded between the working room and the glass door to ensure the sealing of the box door and the working room, greatly improving the vacuum degree of the box.

  • The box is equipped with two (or three) shelves, with heaters embedded in each shelf. The temperature of each shelf is controlled separately, and the heating process is short and the temperature rises quickly;

  • The lower part is equipped with a direct connected vacuum pump and an electromagnetic vacuum belt inflation valve. Turning off the power switch of the vacuum pump can prevent the vacuum pump oil from entering the working chamber;

  • The power switch, vacuum pump switch, microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, vacuum gauge, anti air valve and other controllers and instrument switches are all installed on the panel in front of the box. The microcomputer intelligent temperature controller adopts self-tuning PID technology, which has the characteristics of fast temperature control, fast response, small overshoot, and high accuracy compared to traditional PID control. The set temperature and box temperature are both digitally displayed, with upper limit tracking alarm function. The parameter can be set with a touch of the button, and the operation is convenient.
