The sine random test bench of the electromagnetic vibration test system is an environmental and reliability testing equipment that integrates precision machinery, digital control, and electromagnetic drive technology. It can accurately simulate various real vibration environments experienced by products during transportation and use through a computer control system, providing key data for product quality verification and reliability growth.
This system is mainly used to discover early defects in products, evaluate the structural strength of products, verify their packaging protection capabilities, and confirm the design life. Widely used in research and development, quality control, and quality assurance departments in industries such as electronic products, automotive components, aerospace, weapons and ships, packaging materials, and new energy batteries.



The system is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. The digital driving signal generated by the control system is amplified by a power amplifier and output to the dynamic coil inside the vibration table. The moving coil is in a high-intensity magnetic field and generates Lorentz force when powered on, thereby driving the table and the specimen fixed on it to move precisely according to predetermined rules (such as sine and random spectral patterns). The sensor installed on the table feeds back the vibration signal to the control system, forming a closed-loop control to ensure vibration accuracy.

The system adopts an integrated compact design, mainly consisting of a platform, power amplifier, and control cabinet.
