1、 Overview:
This instrument adopts microcomputer digital processing technology, which has the characteristics of high reliability and intelligence. The measurement principle is to use sensors to convert the physical quantity to be measured into corresponding digital signals, which are then sent to the microprocessor of the instrument. After calculation and processing, they are displayed, stored, and controlled accordingly.
The humidity measurement of the instrument adopts the principle of wet dry bulb method, and calculates the humidity based on the dry and wet temperatures measured by two symmetrical temperature sensors. The measurement principle is that in the same environment, the humidity temperature depends on the amount of evaporation, which is affected by the environmental humidity. By simultaneously measuring the dry temperature and humidity temperature, the humidity value can be calculated. Suitable for high humidity environments, humidity range:1% ~99%RH, The optimal effective range is:5%~99%RHWhen installing this sensor, it is required that the wind speed be greater than3rice/In seconds, it can achieve the best accuracy. The instrument control part consists of cooling, heating, humidification, dehumidification, air circulation fans, etc. The heating system adopts hysteresis control, and the heating element is a high-power resistance wire. The refrigeration system used is a compressor refrigeration system. As the compressor cannot be frequently turned on and off, the instrument is equipped with a power on compressor delay protection program.
Humidity control consists of humidification and dehumidification parts: the humidifier adopts hysteresis control, and the humidifier uses ultrasonic humidification. Dehumidification control is the process of using a fan to extract air from the test chamber and introduce air from the outside, repeating this cycle for dehumidification. Air circulation is achieved by accelerating the circulation of air inside the test chamber through a fan, resulting in a more uniform distribution of temperature and humidity and better control effect.

Inspection of wet bulb sensor: Open the box door, take out the plastic container containing water, add distilled water, then put the plastic container back into the box, and immerse the gauze of the wet bulb sensor into the water in the plastic container. Pay attention to maintaining cleanliness and avoiding oil stains during operation.
If the current humidity continues to display99%If there is no change or the measurement accuracy is very low, the processing method is as follows:1)Check if the water temperature in the plastic container of the wet bulb sensor is higher than the temperature inside the box or if there is no water. If so, add distilled water at the same temperature as inside the box;2)Check the moisture sensor for degreased cotton yarn stains. If so, replace the degreased cotton yarn (which cannot be cleaned and reused);3)Check if there is water accumulation in the dry ball sensor. If so, please wipe off the accumulated water in the dry ball sensor;4)Check if the degreased cotton yarn is mistakenly tied to the dry ball sensor;5)Re calibrate the sensor.
