Brief Introduction
The continuous BCM-100 video microscope is easy to operate, intuitive, and has high calibration efficiency. It is suitable for inspection of electronic production lines, printed circuit boards, welding defects (printing misalignment, edge collapse, etc.) in printed circuit components, single board PC calibration, vacuum fluorescent display VFD calibration, and more. The video microscope magnifies the image of the physical object and displays it on the computer screen. The image can be saved, enlarged, and printed. The continuous BCM-100 is used for the following purposes:
The BCM-100 series video microscope can magnify small objects through an optical stereo microscope. It upgrades the traditional microscope for human observation to transmitting microscopic image signals to a monitor through a CCD camera for observation. When observing objects, it can generate upright three-dimensional spatial images. Strong stereoscopic effect, clear and wide imaging, and long working distance make it a widely applicable conventional microscope, which facilitates observation and image recording, thereby improving work efficiency and greatly enhancing the flexibility of microscopic observation. It is an important instrument for automated monitoring and detection in the industrial field.
