Continuous processing airbag press machine
Continuous processing airbag press machine
The revolutionary cascade processing system, continuous airbag press, provides unparalleled performance, high productivity, and high-quality yield.
Adopting patented design, there are three models available: small (PCM 100), medium (PCM 200), and large (PCM 400).
The tank body is divided into 6 or 7 boxes, and the products are processed sequentially inside the boxes. Subsequently, the processed liquid is transferred to collection funnels (4, 5, and 6 respectively). The productivity results of this configuration are supported by statistical data, and data analysis shows that:
The maximum crushing or stem removal capacity that can be achieved by the largest model is 32-45 tons/hour, while ensuring high standards of extraction. The operation is completely controlled by PLC, and operators can manage each stage through a simple control panel column.
PCM 100
Technological updates, the smallest and most compact continuous airbag press, are protected by relevant patents. Equipped with 6 chambers for continuous grape processing and 4 liquid collection funnels, it can process 10 to 16 tons of grapes after stem removal and crushing per hour. The operation is completely controlled by PLC, and the operators use practical and efficient column control panels to control the process at each stage.
PCM 200
Medium sized continuous airbag press machine, protected by relevant patents. The tank is divided into 6 chambers for continuous processing of products, with 5 liquid collection hoppers. The production capacity can reach 18 to 25 tons per hour. Controlled by PLC, operators use practical and efficient column control panels to control the process at each stage.
PCM 400
The mainframe is the flagship product of the continuous airbag press and is protected by relevant patents. The long tank is divided into 7 chambers, where products are continuously processed. The processed liquid is transported to 6 collection funnels. From a productivity perspective, this configuration is confirmed by strong data: at least 32-45 tons of grapes after stem removal and crushing need to be processed within an hour. Each stage of processing technology is controlled by PLC
