The air shower room is a necessary passage for personnel to enter and exit the clean room, and also serves as a closed clean room for personnel purification and prevention of outdoor air pollution in the clean area. In order to reduce the large amount of dust particles caused by personnel entering and leaving, the clean airflow filtered by the high-efficiency filter is sprayed onto people from all directions through a rotatable nozzle, effectively and quickly removing dust particles. The cleaned dust particles are then filtered by the primary and high-efficiency filters and recycled back to the air shower area
