1. The whole machine is a dry bottom pump type, and the motor adopts an oil chamber sealing method with a mechanical seal inside, which can effectively prevent high-pressure water and impurities from entering the motor cavity.
In addition to the main impeller, there is also a stirring impeller that can stir the sediment settled at the bottom of the water into turbulence and extract it.
3. The flow components such as impellers and stirring impellers are made of fully cast stainless steel, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has strong discharge capacity, and can pass through larger solid particles.
4. The motor is submerged underwater without being limited by suction, with a high slag absorption rate and more thorough dredging.

Usage conditions
1. The power supply is 50Hz (customized for 60Hz)/380V/415V/660V three-phase AC power supply, and the capacity of the distribution transformer is 2-3 times the rated capacity of the motor.
2. The temperature of the medium shall not exceed 60 ℃, and the temperature of the R-type medium shall not exceed 140 ℃. It does not contain flammable or explosive gases.
3. Maximum weight concentration of solid particles in the medium: 60%.
4. Diving depth of the unit: not more than 40 meters, the minimum diving depth is based on submerging the motor.
5. The working position of the unit in the medium is vertical, with upper suspension positioning.
The XZSQ (R) submersible cement sand pump is a hydraulic machinery that operates coaxially with a motor and a water pump submerged in a medium. The flow passage of the pump is made of fully cast stainless steel material, which has good corrosion resistance and a large flow channel. It is suitable for transporting media such as sediment, slurry, coal slurry, sand and gravel containing large solid particles This series of products absorbs advanced technology design and manufacturing from both domestic and foreign sources. In addition to the main impeller, a set of stirring impellers is added to the bottom of the water pump, which can spray the deposited sludge into turbulence. Suitable for extracting slurry, material slurry, dredging, slag discharge, etc. containing corrosive working conditions. It can also be used for sand removal in sedimentation tanks of industrial and mining enterprises such as steel plants, power plants, iron ore plants, oil fields, etc. with strong corrosiveness, as well as sediment removal in sewage treatment plants.
2. Precautions
After the water pump is running normally, the power supply voltage, working current, water pump flow rate, and water pump vibration should be observed at all times. If any of the following situations occur, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection:
1) The working current exceeds the rated current.
2) At rated head, the flow rate decreases by more than 20% or intermittent discharge occurs.
3) The power supply voltage is too high or too low.
4) The water pump has obvious vibration or noise
3. Installation precautions
1) Electrical wiring: Electrical wiring should be constructed by formal electricians according to the circuit diagram. During installation, insulation resistance should be checked at any time. After installation, the insulation resistance of the motor should not be less than 5 megohms. Lift the water pump, jog to observe the direction of rotation, and observe the water pump rotating clockwise from the direction of the motor. If the direction of rotation is incorrect, replace any two connectors of the three-phase power supply.
2) It is strictly prohibited to use pump cables as installation and lifting ropes to avoid danger.
3) The water pump should be submerged vertically in the water, and should not be placed horizontally or trapped in sludge. When the water pump moves, the power must be cut off
