There are two types of anti-corrosion resistors: anti-corrosion copper resistors and anti-corrosion platinum resistors. Anti corrosion platinum resistors are commonly used as anti-corrosion thermal resistors. It is a commonly used temperature detector in medium and low temperature areas. Its main features are excellent measurement accuracy and stable performance. The measurement accuracy of platinum resistance thermometer is accurate, and it is not only widely used in industrial temperature measurement, but also made into a standard reference instrument.

1. Adopting a multi-layer anti-corrosion structure (anti-corrosion thermal resistance anti-corrosion layer protective pipe is usually a thick walled 316L or 304L steel pipe with an overall sintered polytetrafluoroethylene layer and wear-resistant anti-corrosion layer), the anti-corrosion effect and service life have been verified by many domestic enterprises through long-term use.

2. The PTFE anti-corrosion coating is sintered using the integral sintering process adopted by our company, which solves the problem of joint leakage that cannot be avoided by other manufacturing processes. The application of this technology has enabled our company's anti-corrosion thermal resistors and other anti-corrosion products to have an average service life of over one year (in an environment without significant wear and tear).

3. At the site of use, there is often severe erosion of the thermal resistance anti-corrosion layer by the measured medium particles at the same time. Our company's anti-corrosion thermal resistance has a layer of wear-resistant material outside the anti-corrosion layer, which can effectively extend the service life of the anti-corrosion layer by 8-10 times in environments with erosion, different from other similar anti-corrosion thermal resistance in China.

4. All anti-corrosion thermal resistors use components, and the entire product has stable and reliable performance. Its service life is several times longer than that of similar anti-corrosion thermal resistors in China, and it can work for a long time in the temperature range of ≤ 220 ℃.

1. The thickness of the PTFE anti-corrosion layer for the anti-corrosion thermistor is 1.0mm (or can be determined by the user).

2. Thermal response time of anti-corrosion thermistor: After anti-corrosion treatment, the thermal response time changes by about 20% (≤ 8S);

3. Quality inspection of anti-corrosion coating for anti-corrosion thermistor: using electric spark micro hole inspection, voltage 12kV, frequency 1.6 × 106Hz without breakdown.

4. The working pressure of the anti-corrosion thermistor: The fixing method of the anti-corrosion thermistor is a high operating pressure of 4.0MPa when installed on a flange; When the anti-corrosion thermistor is fixed with F4 thread connection, the maximum operating pressure is 0.6MPa.

5. The other technical indicators of anti-corrosion thermistor are the same as those of ordinary industrial thermistor.
