Corrosion resistant thermocouples have been widely used as temperature sensors in industrial automation systems, including thermocouples and thermal resistors. However, in certain special situations such as chemical plants, smelters, and thermal power plants, ordinary thermocouples and thermal resistors can be extremely damaged. Therefore, special materials and structures of thermocouples and thermistors must be used in these situations.

Corrosion resistant thermocouple

Wear resistant and corrosion-resistant thermocouples have been widely used as temperature sensors in industrial automation systems, such as thermocouples and thermal resistors. However, in some special occasions, such as chemical plants, smelters, thermal power plants, etc., ordinary thermocouples and thermal resistors are extremely damaged. Therefore, special materials and structures of thermocouples and thermistors must be used in these situations.

There are currently two types of wear-resistant coatings, one with a hardness of HRC58-62 and a temperature range of 0-600 ℃; Corrosion resistant coatings have excellent anti-corrosion properties. In addition to liquid nitrogen with high flow rates of molten metal lithium, potassium, sodium, hydrofluoric acid, and oxygen trifluoride, they can resist almost all other chemical media and can be used for a long time in the range of 0-250 ℃. If the fixed thread needs to be made into a corrosion-resistant structure, the thread cannot work in a pressure environment.

Titanium alloy pipes can withstand corrosion from seawater, various chlorides and hypochlorites, wet chlorine, and oxidizing acids (including fuming nitric acid), but are not resistant to relatively pure reducing acids (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid). The temperature range of titanium alloy pipes is below 500 ℃.
