Installation process:
1. Place the machine on flat ground and check for any looseness, displacement, or other issues during the transportation of its various components. After checking for accuracy, connect the power supply.
2. Install the propulsion cylinder kit attached to the packaging box according to the instructions.
3. Connect the conveyor table and adjust the spacing between the protective plates and isolation plates at the edges of the conveyor table.
4. Adjust the positioning gate, which is driven by a constant pressure cylinder and mainly functions to prevent the packaging behind from squeezing the packaging in front of the pushing plate. During mediation, make sure the knife is just between the bottles.
5. Connect one end of a flexible air pipe with an outer diameter of 8mm to the air source, and fix the other end to the intake joint of the two-piece on the lower right side of the machine. Push the air pipe into place and tighten it with bolts.
6. When the air source pressure is ≥ 6kg/cm2, check whether the pressure gauge of the two-piece is between 4-6kg/cm2. When the machine is running normally, its pressure should not exceed 6kg/cm2, and the air source pressure of the external two-piece should not exceed 9.5kg/cm2
7. Connect the power supply and adjust the appropriate sealing time, usually set to about 1.5 seconds. The specific time can only be determined through sealing experiments; Set a constant pressure delay, which is used to reduce the inertia of the conveyor line squeezing the already in place packaging, so it is set to about 0.5 seconds; The setting of the detection delay is to ensure that the next package that is about to arrive can arrive smoothly, usually set at around 0.4 seconds. The setting of the fixed retreat delay means that when the constant pressure cylinder retreats, the front conveyor platform does not immediately run, but runs after an appropriate delay to prevent the bottle from tipping over. It is generally set to about 0.3 seconds.
8. According to the material thickness of the shrink film, the sealing temperature is set to around 180 ℃.
9. According to the size of the packaging, adjust the travel of the packaging, adjust the fixed packaging pressure plate, and adjust the speed of the front and rear conveyor tables.
