Technical Features

The output torque of the cutting motor is transmitted to the cutting reducer through the spline sleeve, and then output to the cutting arm through the output shaft. It is transmitted to the cutting head shaft through the spline of the cutting head and output to the cutting head, which drives the cutting head to rotate and achieve the cutting purpose.

The cutting motor is of explosion-proof structure, and the structural design fully considers the durability of the product. The power density of the motor is higher than that of conventional motors, and the base is made of thick steel plate and cooled by a water jacket. The stator winding adopts a formed coil scheme, and the rotor winding is copper bar type. Conventional cutting motors are AC asynchronous. With the widespread application of high-efficiency and energy-saving, high-power density AC permanent magnet technology, it is inevitable to replace traditional AC asynchronous motors with permanent magnet motors in certain fields.
