The ultrasonic flowmeter developed by our company is based on the principle of "time difference method", and adopts advanced multi pulse technology, digital signal processing technology, and compensation technology to make the flow rate. The ultrasonic flowmeter adopts the principle of propagation time difference with good repeatability, and its working principle is shown in the following figure:

Install one or more sets of ultrasonic sensors in the body pipe section, while measuring the arrival time of sound waves between each other. According to the principle of sound velocity and flow velocity superposition, there will be a time difference between the up and down propagation times of sound waves in each set of ultrasonic sensors. Use high-precision cross-correlation algorithms to calculate the time difference and calculate the flow rate according to the formula.


Gas ultrasonic flowmeter is mainly used to measure the volumetric flow rate under working conditions, and then obtain the standard volumetric flow rate based on the temperature and pressure values under working conditions. It has a wide measurement range and high measurement accuracy, and can be applied to flow velocity measurement of various gas media, such as natural gas, coalbed methane, ethylene, etc.

The DHE-FL-GP pipe section gas ultrasonic flowmeter is mainly composed of a body (pipe section), rectifier, transducer (ultrasonic sensor), pressure sensor assembly, temperature sensor assembly, transmitter, measurement module, lithium battery pack, adapter column, etc. The specific structural composition diagram is shown in the following figure:
