Function Description:
1. Operation interface

1) The red area is the functional zone
2) The green area is the video area.

2. Introduction to functional areas
1) Camera parameter settings, automatic white balance, photo browsing, language switching

2) Add templates, take samples, and display test results


3) Detection statistics, similarity adjustment, automatic detection (set time interval), taking photos when NG, executing detection

3. Execute detection
Sampling, setting templates

1）Set a box with the mouse to select the object to be detected for sampling and set the template, as shown in the figure;


2) Draw another box (this box is the detection area) outside the first box (this box is the recognition content)
2. Start testing
1) After setting the template, click "Start Detection" and the camera will take a sample and record it.
2) Place the object to be detected in the red area, click "Start Detection", and the camera will begin to perform detection. As shown in the following figure:

Within the same field of view, multiple places can be detected, and samples can be taken from the area to be detected within the field of view to perform the detection. As shown in the figure:

Advanced features:
1. Similarity adjustment:
1) Adjust the similarity of all templates uniformly. As shown in the figure:


2) Adjust the similarity of individual templates. Select the template and right-click. As shown in the figure:

2. Automatic detection: After setting the detection interval, the camera automatically performs detection.
3. Communication: Can communicate with other automation settings, input/output signals, perform detection and stop. (Please communicate with sales personnel for specific plans)
4. In addition, detection can be carried out for the presence or absence of plugins, as well as for insufficient or missing solder joints.
