Adopting hierarchical distributed control, various protection and control units, as well as automation control units, are physically and geographically distributed to the primary equipment compartment of the substation. In terms of hardware and design, each unit is independent of the communication network.
The device adopts a hardware platform based on DSP technology, and the chassis and hardware circuit adopt a plug-in structure with rear plugging, separating strong and weak electricity. The CPU circuit board adopts a 4-layer board with surface mount technology, ensuring the reliability of the device. Each device communicates with the communication device through the fieldbus CAN network or Ethernet, and sends the analog signals, input signals, protection and automation device status, electricity, etc. collected on site to the communication device. At the same time, it receives various query commands, parameter modification commands, remote control execution commands, and operation status check commands from the communication device.

CPU
1) CPU system
The CPU system consists of microprocessors such as CPU, RAM, ROM, Flash Memory, etc. Including a 64 bit microprocessor CPU, large capacity ROM, RAM, and Flash Memory, this CPU module has * data processing and recording capabilities, which can implement various complex fault handling schemes and record a large amount of fault data. The number of events that can be recorded is not less than 500 times. The protection settings and other operational configuration information are also stored in this memory, and these information will not be lost after the device is powered off.
2) Switching input and output section
The input capacity is divided into internal input and external input. The internal input adopts DC5V input, and the power supply is provided by the device power supply itself. The external input adopts a first stage optocoupler to achieve direct input level of DC220V.
There are two relays used to drive the outlet, one is a trip relay and the other is a closing relay.
3) 通信部分
