The DPX29000 series switches support mainstream overlay standard technologies such as VXLAN, solve multi tenancy problems, and provide flexible virtual machine migration solutions to meet the needs of large-scale server deployment and cross domain interconnection in cloud computing environments. Supports the Openflow 1.3 protocol standard, supports multiple controllers, multi-level flow tables, and as an Openflow hybrid, can simultaneously support Openflow operations and standard Ethernet switching operations.

For cloud data center scenarios, the DPX29000 series relies on independently developed VSM and OVC technologies to transform multiple similar business modules into a flexible and schedulable "resource pool", achieving "granulation" of business platform resources and greatly improving resource utilization efficiency. Combining with Dipu's self-developed network management platform, we provide users with automated network management and operation solutions, and SDN can be implemented through APP Flow or third-party interfaces.
Advanced Technology Architecture
The DPX29000 series adopts an advanced CLOS switching architecture, where the control plane and forwarding plane are physically separated. The main control engine and switching network board hardware are independent of each other, greatly improving device reliability while providing guarantees for subsequent product bandwidth upgrades. The overall design of the machine frame is zero backplane orthogonal, and cross line card business traffic is directly connected to the switching network board through orthogonal connectors, greatly improving system bandwidth. Supporting high-density 40G and 100G interface modules, fully meeting the development needs of future data centers and campus network applications.
