The DTD433F wireless analog terminal is equivalent to a wireless transmitter with 4 analog inputs and 4 analog outputs. It provides 4AI and 4AO, complies with the MODBUS RTU protocol, and has a reliable wireless transmission distance of up to 3 kilometers.
The DTD433F product is suitable for point-to-point and dispersed applications that are not convenient for trench digging and wiring. The DTD433F can not only form wireless measurement and control systems with PLC, DCS, intelligent instruments and other devices, but also achieve configuration of Datai Free Protocol and MODBUS protocol with industrial control products such as configuration software, human-machine interface, touch screen, etc., providing a low-cost solution for medium to short distance wireless communication in the industrial measurement and control field.

Solution 1: Application Plan for Connecting Wireless Data Terminals with Wireless Measurement and Control Terminals
The host of this system uses a DTD433M wireless data terminal, which adopts RS485 or RS232 interfaces to connect with computers DCS、PLC、 Touch screen and other controllers can be connected, and MODBUS communication can be achieved through configuration software. The slave uses the DTD433H series switch wireless measurement and control terminal or the DTD433F series analog wireless measurement and control terminal to transmit MODBUS protocol data through wireless communication.
Scheme 2: Wireless MODBUS Communication Scheme between Touch Screen, Configuration Software and DTD433F
In practical systems, touch screens, human-machine interfaces, and monitoring objects are not located together. The central computer is usually placed in the control room, while the fault point or controlled equipment is installed in the on-site workshop, and the distance between the two often ranges from tens of meters to thousands of meters. If wiring is required, trench excavation construction is needed, which is quite troublesome. In this case, wireless communication is more suitable. Because the use of wireless MODBUS protocol does not require complex programming, only simple configuration is needed. To achieve wireless MODBUS communication, specialized wireless data terminals are required, and the matching of setting parameters should also be considered during configuration. The principle of MODBUS wireless communication in Kingview and force control configuration software is shown in the figure.
