Function:
Automatically complete the entire packaging process including bag making, measuring, filling, slitting, counting, etc.
Scope of application:
Suitable for general liquid adhesive objects, such as seasoning sauce packets, jams, tomato sauce, hair cream, sesame paste and other sauce or paste materials
Equipment features:
1. All stainless steel exterior, in compliance with GMP standards.
2. The computer controller is the first patented product in China, which uses advanced CPU chips and imported switch power supply. All functions are operated by buttons and displayed digitally.
3. The tracking accuracy is within the speed range of 30-100 bags/minute, with an error within 0.5mm.
4. Automatically complete the entire packaging process including bag making, measuring, filling, slitting, counting, etc.
5. The automatic sauce packaging machine sets the bag length on the computer, eliminating the need to adjust the bag length by changing gears.
6. Unique automatic output alarm function and automatic display of packaging operation speed function.
7. According to customer requirements, configure a ribbon coding machine to print date and batch numbers in rows 1-3.
