The circulating flushing device generally uses an independent high flow high-pressure flushing device or a system's working pump station for pipeline circulating flushing operations. The output flow rate of an independent high flow high-pressure flushing device is generally above 1000 liters per minute, and should consist of 3-4 high-pressure pumps and 1 low-pressure pump. According to the parameters of the metallurgical hydraulic system, the high-pressure pump (31.5MPa) flow configuration can be configured with 250 liters per minute, 160 liters per minute, 100 liters per minute, 63 liters per minute, and low-pressure pump (2.5MPa) 400-600 liters per minute to meet the needs of different flushing pressure and flow rates.

The output pipeline interface of the circulating flushing device should be able to simultaneously flush one flushing circuit with the output flow of all flushing pumps, or form multiple independent flushing circuits for simultaneous flushing.

The use of the system's own working pump station for pipeline circulation flushing operations has also gained widespread application and recognition.
