Product Introduction

Working Principle:
This is a device suitable for vacuum packaging of glass bottles with tin claws in the canned food industry. It adopts the open fully sealed vacuum chamber technology applied to capping and sealing machines, and is a semi-automatic model (manual capping, manual bottle entry and exit, manual vacuum chamber closure). Using pneumatic drive to rotate the cover, precise control of actuator pressure to achieve torque control, and non frictional torque limitation for longer service life; Due to the use of reliable fully sealed technology, the ideal vacuum degree can be achieved by configuring a low-power vacuum pump, and the vacuum degree can be set as needed.
Scope of application:
The X35 series models are economical, widely applicable, easy to use, reliable, and mobile, suitable for small production workshops, special specification applications, and laboratory use. Suitable for bottle body with a diameter of 4-11 centimeters and a height of 5-18 centimeters, suitable for circular and irregular bottle bodies. Suitable for standard tinplate claw type opening covers with diameters ranging from 30 to 85 millimeters.
Applicable cover type range: According to the general cover type range of QB/T 1499-2000 standard, the outer diameter range of the cover is 33.5-85 millimeters Cover thickness 8.6-16mm.
Applicable bottle range: The bottle mouth size should comply with the various standard cap types specified in QB/T 1499-2000 standard, as well as non-standard cap types within this range. The bottle body can have circular and non-circular cross-sections, and the diameter of the containment circle at the largest part of the bottle body should be within 110 millimeters, and the height of the bottle should not exceed 180 millimeters.
