Fully automatic continuous electroplating production equipment

Used for sanding diamond wires for cutting photovoltaic single crystals and polycrystals.

1. Structural composition

The electroplating equipment mainly consists of an ultrasonic generator, transducer, cleaning tank, rinsing tank, pre plating tank, sanding tank, thickening tank, stirring tank, liquid storage tank, drying system, circulating filtration system, sand sweeping system, automatic temperature control heating system, feeding device, discharging device, frame, control panel, tensioning system, wiring system, driving system, control system, etc.

2 Equipment Overview

This electroplating equipment is a fully automatic production line controlled by PLC, consisting of 10 continuous nickel electroplating equipment made of stainless steel and PP materials. After threading the diamond wire, the operator presses the start button to start working without manual intervention. The human-machine interface displays that after the continuous electroplating length reaches 51KM, an engineering process is completed.

Tank material: SUS 304 stainless steel, thickness 2.0mm

Ultrasonic system: A closed shock plate composed of 36 50W ultrasonic transducers, with a total ultrasonic power of 1800W and a frequency of 40KHZ. The transducers are made of Japanese NTK chips and have adjustable power.
