  1. Ultra high precision measurement system

Using the "endpoint method" calibration technique, the measurement accuracy reaches ± 0.07% FS, and the linearity is significantly better than the "excellent fitting line method" calibration effect of similar products. Built in computerized curve fitting algorithm, dynamic linearization processing and temperature compensation are implemented through a 16 bit microprocessor. The sensor adopts a laser welded fully sealed structure and is equipped with positive and negative overpressure limiting devices. It can withstand 100 times overpressure impact under any pressure range and can also withstand a maximum static pressure of 32MPa. The membrane that comes into contact with the medium can be made of corrosion-resistant alloy material, which is suitable for special media such as strong acidity, alkalinity, viscosity, and suspended solids. It can be washed in pharmaceutical and hygiene level scenarios to avoid cross contamination.
  1. Intelligent and convenient operation and maintenance system

Equipped with SecureCal ™ Calibration key, supports quick adjustment of zero point and range coefficient, and has factory setting recovery function, effectively preventing misoperation and calibration tampering. Synchronized transmission of 4-20mA analog signals and digital signals is achieved through the HART protocol, which can be connected to a handheld device for remote monitoring and parameter configuration, with a response time as low as 0.2S. The entire series is designed with a unified structure, weighs only 2.4kg, and has an installation height of 166mm. It is compatible with traditional 1151 series products and has strong interchangeability.
