1、 The purpose and characteristics of the testing machine

The digital impact testing machine produced by our company is based on the national standardThe new generation of high-tech testing instruments developed for GB/T3808-2002 "Inspection of Pendulum Impact Testing Machines" are used for impact testing of metal materials in accordance with the national standard GB/T229-1994 "Charpy notch impact testing method for metals". This machine can achieve two levels of impact energy of 300J and 150J by replacing the pendulum. The cross-section of the sample used is 10-10mm. It is mainly used for testing black metals with high impact toughness, especially steel and its alloys.

The testing principle of this product is to calculate the difference between the pre impact potential energy of the pendulum and the residual potential energy after impact, and obtain the absorbed energy of the tested sample. The device is easy to operate and has high work efficiency. It can automatically swing using the remaining energy after the pendulum breaks the sample, and the test results can be printed. When conducting continuous impact tests on samples, its superiority can be better demonstrated.
